2- 4 Age group - our Micro-ballers
This is a 50 min session which introduces your little one to basketball and sport in general. At this age preschool kids and toddlers have a seemingly endless supply of energy. We focus on activities that help build fundamental gross motor skills through fun games, movement patterns, music and fun. These are the years parental coaching through encouragement, mental programming, support and fun become the foundation for a lifetime of activity and improve the chances that children will continue to play sport as they grow up.

5 -6 age group - OUR Mini-Ballers
5 -6 age group Mini-Ballers This is a 50 min session which begins to introduce simple structured games and a little more technical drills alongside the Fundamental principles and philosophy of Evolution Basketball. Using simple high energy games, drills and music, the basic skills of basketball are taught and developed.

7-9 age group - OUR Senior Ballers
This is a 50 min session which introduces and builds on the basics of basketball. Introduction of competitive play and individual skill development is slowly introduced and developed alongside the Fundamental principles and philosophy of Evolution Basketball.
